Jennifer L. LaFountaine, Esq.

     Jennifer is an Attorney at Law who has been a litigator for almost two decades. She began her legal career prosecuting criminal cases. Thereafter, Jennifer went on to private practice representing employers and insurance companies in primarily workers’ compensation claims.  Additionally, over the course of her career, Jennifer worked as a staff attorney in the Appellate Division with the State of Board of Workers’ Compensation and served as a mediator. Most recently, in addition to her mediation practice, Jennifer now represents injured workers in the Georgia Workers’ Compensation system and handles personal injury claims. 

     Jennifer is a compassionate, personable, and patient mediator with a vast understanding of the financial and emotional issues that surround the resolution of a case.  She is highly effective with building rapport and working with the parties to empower a controlled resolution.

       Jennifer earned her law degree from Loyola University New Orleans and      received her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She is admitted to practice law in Georgia

and Florida. Additionally, Jennifer is a Registered Neutral and Arbitrator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution.
